Technically, I'm an engineer. I was taught how to build systems and make things more efficient. For years I searched for methods to ensure I was operating on the highest level both mentally and physically. I have tried every diet you can name and suffered from severe brain fog and fatigue before finally finding the Carnivore Diet. I started this site because this diet changed my life.
